Perhaps we should use the same procedure that Putin used in the Crimea and generate enthusiasm in Ukraine to hold a voter referendum with the following two options:
1. Return to Russia
2. Apply for statehood in the United States as the 51st state
Now, I wonder how Putin would feel about that?
